📦 To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Certain items (like personal care or hygiene-related products) may be non-returnable for safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
